CHECK IN

A local business in town has been kind enough to allow us to use their building for check–in. It will be on Friday, May 23rd from 7pm-9pm. The tournament staff will NOT stay late for check in. We will be wrapped up and done by 9pm. The address for check in is going to be 5113 Comanche Rd. NE, ABQ NM, 87110. You will need the following items for your team to officially check in. If you do not have one of these items, your team may not play.   1) An official Roster (a physical printed copy) that has been supplied to you by your Club or League. (An Excel sheet with player names on it, is not a Roster) This Roster MUST list all of your players and coaches. If you have a guest player, you may write them onto your Roster by hand, however you MUST also have their player ID. The tournament staff WILL keep your Roster, so I suggest bringing an extra or two. 2)You will need player AND coach ID cards. This is how the referees will check you in. If you do not have a player or coach ID, you will not be allowed to stay on the team side bench. 3)Medical forms for each player MUST be able to be shown to tournament officials. This can be electronically or printed, but we will check for them at check–in. 4)Permission to travel forms. (This only applies if your club or league requires these. NM does not) 5)Guest player forms. (Again, this only applies if your club or league requires these. The tournament is fine with a roster and player cards)
